Dr Belinda Isaac

Belinda is the founder and Principal of Isaac & Co. Belinda has a first degree in law from the University of Northumberland and a Doctorate in IP from King’s College London. Belinda has practised in IP for more than seventeen years initially with niche IP firm Dallas Brett, and SJ Berwin & Co in London and more recently as head of IP at the regional firm, Morgan Cole.

Belinda’s experience covers both contentious IP and non-contentious IP, details of some of the cases in which she was involved are mentioned

Belinda was involved in the following reported cases:

Alan Isaac

Alan performs the role of Practice Manager. He is a graduate of Sheffield University and a qualified solicitor (although now non-practising). Alan has a breadth of experience in private practice including management of a provincial litigation department.
