Who we are:

An independent firm of solicitors specialising in intellectual property based in Oxford. The firm was founded by Dr Belinda Isaac who has been practising as a solicitor in this field for more than seventeen years.

What we do:

We advise and assist with the protection of intellectual property rights (IPR) around the world; we draft and negotiate commercial agreements involving IPRs, and we advise and represent clients in IP disputes, at mediations and in litigation.

How we do it:

We provide high quality, practical, legal advice, and deliver it in a straightforward and timely manner with an emphasis on personal service. Our lawyers are dynamic, responsive, flexible and accessible. In international matters we work closely with foreign IP specialists drawn from our informal network to provide you with an integrated service.
